Terms and conditions for the Retail Reward Program and use of the website www.mymanapoints.com.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 16th of July 2010.

These terms and conditions apply to the Retail Reward Program (“RRP”) and also to your use of the website www.mymanapoints.com (the “Website”) which forms part of the RRP.

Wizards of the Coast reserve the right to amend the RRP and the terms and conditions set out here at any time. Notice of such changes to the RRP and these terms and conditions will be sent in writing to you with the date from which the changes take effect. In relation to these terms and conditions the new version will then be posted on the Website from the effective date in the communication.

The RRP is also only open to retailers that operate ‘bricks and mortar’ shops that can be visited by any member of the public from the following countries*: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Eire, South Africa, Russia. If you are found not to be part of the latter, Wizards of the Coast have the right to remove you from this program.

In order to participate you must sign up on to the Website and therefore must have a computer and internet connection. By signing up you agree to these terms and conditions.

The RRP is a points reward system where points will be awarded and further details on how to participate are as set out in the “Why should I sign up” and “Frequently Asked Questions” sections of the Website. “Why Should I Sign Up” and “Frequently Asked Questions” information section form part of these Terms and Conditions and where there is a conflict between those and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions prevail. These points can be redeemed by you for rewards also as set out in the “Why Should I Sign Up” section of the Website.

From time to time, Wizards of the Coasts will do promotional activities in conjunction with members of the RRP and use this Website to administer such promotional activities. Points awarded and/or redeemable and details of these promotional activities will be communicated separately to you. Promotional materials redeemable in such promotional activities will be while stocks last or for a limited period only. The terms and conditions of those promotional activities as communicated will apply to you in relation to participation of such promotional activity and points rewarded, but these terms and conditions will apply in relation to your use of the Website.

Wizards of the Coast may terminate the RRP with a notice period of 3 months from the date of a written notice sent to you.

Wizards of the Coast reserve the right to remove and exclude a store/retailer from the RRP (with loss of any points collected upon removal/exclusion) if the owner is found to breach these terms and conditions, tampering with the Website in any way, be committing and illegal activity (including, but not limited to hacking on to the Website, use of software to generate/populate logins/membership details of players in order to obtain points) or fraud on the Website (including but not limited to generating false accounts/contact details of new players) or in relation to the RRP. Removal and exclusion from RRP will be investigated and dealt with on a case by case basis at the discretion of Wizards of the Coast.

You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to Wizards or others which are contained on this Website or provided to you without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

Wizards of the Coast LLC is the owner of all the intellectual property rights of this Website and program.

This agreement is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

The RRP is administered by Wizards of the Coast c/o Hasbro Belgium, Industrialaan 1, 1702 Groot Bijgaarden, Belgium.
